When you register for a masterclass or another event, we store the name, email address and any optional details you enter, so that we can send you the dates, the joining link and the reminders you asked for.
When you write to Jimmy by email, that correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to answer you and to keep a record of the work.
Event registration data is stored in a database hosted in the European Union. Email is sent through our own mail server.
Data collected during an interaction is kept only as long as it is needed for its purpose, or as long as the law requires.
Financial records are retained for ten years in compliance with tax law.
You can ask to be removed from the mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, which takes effect immediately.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not run third-party analytics.
Any cookie set is strictly necessary to make a page work, and is removed when you close your browser.
Personal data is shared with third parties only where it is needed to deliver a service you asked for, or where you have given explicit consent.
Data is never sold.
Connections to this site are encrypted with TLS. Credentials and keys are held outside the public web root, and access to the database is restricted to the functions that need it.
You have the right to access the personal data held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format.
