These terms apply to all services provided by Jimmy van der Ham, including private coaching, mentorship, trainings and events.
By booking or taking part in a service, you agree to these terms.
Services include NLP and hypnosis sessions, private coaching, mentorship programmes, trainings and events.
Every service is adapted to the individual or the group. Outcomes vary with the participant's own engagement, and no specific result is promised.
Bookings are confirmed through official channels - email, phone, or this website.
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is completed before a service begins.
Free events require no payment and no card.
A cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.
A cancellation within 24 hours is not refundable.
If Jimmy has to move a session, you will be offered a new date or a refund.
Everything shared in a session or a training is treated as confidential.
Nothing is shared with a third party without your prior consent, except where the law requires it.
The work depends on your engagement. You are expected to take part fully and to do anything agreed between sessions.
Coaching, NLP and hypnosis as provided here are not medical treatment, psychotherapy or a substitute for either.
They do not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical or mental health professional. If you are under treatment, continue it and consult the professional responsible for your care.
Training material, recordings, documents and the content of this website remain the property of Jimmy van der Ham and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission.
Where a session or event is recorded, participants are told in advance. Recordings are shared only with the people entitled to them.
The masterclasses are not recorded by default.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
Dutch law applies to these terms and to any agreement made under them.
