Jimmy met every single person exactly where they were.

Seven days. From 9:30 in the morning until 10, sometimes 11 at night. Ehm… do I really want to put myself through that??? Honestly: I wasn't sure. Then I read what a former participant had written. She said she had rarely had so much fun and joy as in this course. Okay, I thought - let's see.

Today I can only say: She was right. And HOW!

Richard Bandler is said to have put it this way: If you do NLP and you're not laughing, you're doing something wrong. If he really said that, then Jimmy did EVERYTHING right. There was plenty of serious, focused work, of course - but he taught us with so much humor and so much fun that we often laughed until the tears came. And that's exactly why so much stuck - when your emotions are engaged, things anchor themselves in your mind.

I didn't come as a beginner. I'd already had some success working with NLP and wanted to fine-tune my skills - and that's exactly what I got. And the best part: Jimmy met every single person exactly where they were. The newcomers got just as much out of it as the old hands. That's no small feat - with such a mixed group, seven days straight, late into the night.

When I came back from the bootcamp, my boiler room was flooded. I had to turn off the main water valve, and when the plumber and his assistant arrived later, they had to climb down into the sewer line from my house to fix the problem. For almost my whole life, just the sight of that would have sent me into a panic. Now, with my pipe phobia gone thanks to Jimmy, I was able to handle the whole thing with ease, and I even took pictures. If that isn't a success, I don't know what is.
